El Nino tells Brody there's a 10-million-dollar reward on his head and that's why no one can know where he is.

Brody tries to leave the building, but El Nino's guys stop him at gun point. El Nino tells Brody there's no "next place".

Carrie asks the doctor to tell Saul she's doing better.

Brody asks Esme to help him get to the mosk.

Carrie learns someone's been to the hospital to check on her. She believes it's Saul.

Esme asks Brody to take her with him. He says he can't.

Brody gets refuge at the mosk, but El Nino's guys take Brody back and kill everyone there.

Carrie gets to see her visitor. She turns down their offer to help her.
