I don't think it was right, but I also don't think it was wrong, I say this because I have an autistic child, and If he is driving the bus and the child is trying to get out, he was thinking about his safety, maybe someone else should have been riding with him to monitor the people on the bus. My son is very busy and does alot of things you can't take your eyes off of him, and he doesn't fear anything so I kind of understand why he went to those measures to keep him safe....If he didn't he probably would have fallen out and got seriously injured or even killed.
