I chose C. In fact I didn't think there was any competition. C stands out over the other two so strongly it points out that if you put it up against other books in the same genre, it would still stand out.
I chose 'C' and thought you might want my reasons.
1. because it feels very 'today' - clean images giving an indication of the relationship struggles
2. because it looks a bit sterile! White and clinical, which is good for the subject matter
3. because it doesn't feature American spelling which I'm afraid alienates me personally. (Why are there so many capitalised words in cover B???)
