Why you left Malaysia? Why are you thinking of leaving Malaysia POLL (max. 3)
For my education or my children's education.
Better prospects overseas. Other cities offer much better opportunities and living.
Disillusioned by the government's "Bumiputera" race-based discriminative policies.
My parents strongly encouraged me to leave Malaysia.
I can't tolerate the corruption, cronyism, high crime rate, illegal immigrants, and propagandistic mainstream media.
I can't tolerate the constant Islamic rhetoric, religious bigotry, and banning of Allah word for Non-Muslims. I feel persecuted.
I can't tolerate the election fraud, gerrymandering, mis-use of taxpayers' money for political campaigning.
I can't tolerate that the Bumiputera schemes that mainly benefit rich and middle class Muslim Malays, but not the poor villagers.
I'm waiting for the Opposition to win as I think they will do a better job, like in Penang & Selangor.
I support Bersih and Opposition public rallies.
I'm disgusted with Mahathir (denial to 800,00 illegal ICs in E. M'sia), Zahid (gangster links, shoot first), Taib Mahmud (Global Witness report & his billionaire son), Nazri (his arrogance and his 7M bungalow son on no govt salary), Shahrizat (husband's NFC scandal), Najib (Mongolian murder links), Rosmah (Birkin handbags), etc.
I was told by Zahid (Home Minister), and from many others to leave my country if I don't like it.
I saw/ see no future in Malaysia.
Malaysian are generally peaceful and friendly people. It’s the politicians and religious heads that create the most trouble.
