One year after Superstorm Sandy, how well are people, utilities and governments prepared to withstand another storm of such magnitude?

We've learned our lessons from Sandy and won't underestimate the damage to infrastructure and the extended recovery such a storm can cause.

If another Sandy-type storm struck, it would be a repeat of last year. People never learn, and I have little faith in my utility to turn the lights back on o

I'll be prepared to protect my home and care for my family, but I don't expect much help from anyone else.
