Yes folks, there are a lot of dishonest people in business and in government. There are also a lot of criminals and rapists out there...the presence of one creep in business or government does not justify Rob Ford as a government creep from taking responsibility for his actions. Fire his ass Toronto!

It does not matter his "so called" fiscal responsibility achievements for this city.
As a leader (federal, provincial, municipal) he must be leading by example.
Both conditions must be met. Not one or another. It is not his case.
Therefore, he must show the last shred of decency and resign and get a regular job like any other people.
This is the basic rule in democracy and he must know that. However, I doubt that he knows how to play by the rule.

Rob Ford is NOT the biggest lier in Canada. Blast on the news cast and newspapers in Canada who never lie. Lying is a SIN. This crop must stop now. Leave the man alone. How many CEO's and Manager's and the Big Fish in the huge companies can honestly say they work for the pay they get, even these people who is harassing the Mayor now. The biggest thieves and liers are the ones who collect money and don't work for it. In the work places people waste a lot of time (especially Govt.) and this is stealing cause they get pay for it. Who cast the first stone on Mary Magdaline.

I said it months ago that he should not be like a Lance Armstrong and instead admit to something he has been denying all along because the truth WILL eventually always come out. So guess what happened?! I think anything that now happens he deserves as he brought it on himself. His total disregard for what is right and his own arrogance that he's above the law has been his ultimate downfall. Do finally one thing right and step down Mayor Ford and that should include his brother as I'm sure he is not innocent in all of this as well; your brother is NOT one of the most honest people out there!!!

I really liked his brothers comment on how you will never find a more honest politician than his brother Rob---maybe they should be checking on Doug as well--he has honesty and dishonesty confused--or maybe if his brothers resigns--he has no work--nothing like nepotism in politics!!!! Its like Dumb and Dumber and they are running the city! Toss him out--and send his brother with him.

I personally did not vote for Mayor Ford, and today I am glad I did not. I know you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, BUT the evidence is overwhelming at this time and I have to say Mayor Ford should Resign for the good of Toronto. He is disgracing the people of Toronto and it's wonderful reputation. No one is going to trust him or vote for them, if they do they will be among very few. Even the people of Etobicoke have to have doubts now.
Please Mayor Ford, if you really care about the People of Toronto RESIGN!!!!!!!

The biggest reason to resign is he LIED.. I am tired of supposed "honourable" elected officials lying to the citizens of this country. I will be ready to march for a more accountable government at all levels.
