Trailblazers: we’re way ahead of the curve
On our way: we’re tackling problems head on, but the transformation has been bumpy
Staying in the lanes: we’re neither ahead nor behind our colleagues, and would prefer to stay that way
Way behind: regardless of external trends, our organization has been unable to start down the road to innovation
