FOR REAL....Ritchie has long been know for being a dirty player in the NFL....it stands to reason and has now been put in the public eye what motivates his actions on and off the field. I don't care who you are to treat someone team mate or not like that is unacceptable. Ritchie should be removed from the team and fined a massive amount of money to let the world know the NFL will not stand for this kind of racist treatment. Make an example of him. I agree with the post above ....we would have seen incognito smiling like a NHL player missing a few teeth if he would have said this to mean Joe Green, Deacon Jones, or Ronnie Lott....... remember the NFL back the when a clothesline was legal....it was ok to hit the quarterback...roughing the passer flags did not exist. that's when football was basically controlled mayhem. Ritchie needs to wake up and realize what a privilege it is to be where he is ...take that away from him.....he's just another white thug with his "pants on the ground" looking for his next crack rock sale. I have been a DOLFAN all my life and this disgusts me.....can him...put martin as a team leader....he had the BALLS to bring this out to the world.....Mr. Martin as a NFL fan and a Miami Dolfan ...and most of all as a HUMAN being....my apologies for the treatment you have had to endure I thank you for your courage to come forward with this and wish you all the best ....please ....use the anger....productively ...as said in the Blindside this team is your family.....use that against the bills, patriots, and jets in the remaining division games

Interesting how you didn't make Jonathan Martin one of the choices which is going to be the biggest number as the facts come out how he used this as an excuse to quit. Incognito's voicemail while disrespecttful and crude, should be heard in its entirety. you the press are the gods of misinformation to harness an audience to create advertising dollars. shame on you

The NFL is a far cry from a normal work environment, the locker room is more of a clubhouse/ fraternity atmosphere with super rich kids competing for a larger piece of the pie. The ultimate goal is winning and the organization as a whole will do almost anything to achieve that goal. The problem in Miami is that ownership has blindly floundered about since the purchase of this team was completed, and thrown money at all of the mistakes made by himself and his miscast minions. If you are gonna be stupid, you better be rich! Unfortunately you can't fire the owner, so our best hope as fans is this blind fool stumbles into the right person to lead his team out of this darkness that has surrounded it for the past two decades.

the locker room is still a work place-- if this would have happened at sears or publix or any work place - the worker would have been fired on the spot-- you can not or pick on a fellow worker - plus it really shows you up as a butt-head ~!
