I just want you to know that I absolutely love your blog/website. I have been a lover of blue and white for EVER! It never waivers. When I found your site, I about fell over. I am the caretaker of my 92 year old father who is in poor health. I have very few of my things with me and my husband. We sold our house and moved in with my precious Dad who is almost blind. Most everything we own is in storage. My Dad's home is the home I grew up in.He was a home builder who built it almost 60 years ago. We have dark paneling and I have taken on the project of painting all the wood white...and you guessed it...Blue and white is going in as I can get it. You have so inspired me with your beautiful home and all the contestants homes. You brighten my days when I am crying or just really down in the dumps about my father's health. Please know how much your work has pulled me out of the haze. Even Dad who can't see much, thinks the blue and white is so beautiful and thinks I am a genius!! I have numerous boxes full of blue and white everything that I cannot get to...so I am buying some more for Dad's house. Thanks so Much!! Jana
I am brand new on here , so do not know too much about your site yet , so my suggestion might be out of line with your way of thinking/liking/planning . I would have liked to see few options for November with Thanksgiving themes or more fall colors before heading into red /white/green season .
I so wish I knew about this site before ,,,so I could have entered in the blue contest . Maybe something similar will come up in the future. I like engaging in home decorating or just pretty pictures period .
