Fantastic idea, and it would be a big improvement over what's there now

It was ugly before, and making it bigger won't make it better

Yet another proposal for a hotel? Is the market for new hotel rooms really that strong?

I wonder how this will change the city skyline, and views of the harbour from various spots in the city
