Should the state be able to tamper with your lottery winnings?
Yes. I think it is only right that the state deduct back taxes and back child support from winnings and kick you off the welfare rolls if no longer eligible..
Yes. But I think only back taxes and support should be deducted.
No. But I think the check on continued eligibility for public assistance is appropriate.
No. Leave lottery players alone. It's hard enough to win.
