What's your view of Senate Democrats' congressional rule change to prevent use of the filibuster to block simple-majority votes on executive appointments?

Filibusters were out of control -- it was the right thing to do to mitigate obstructionist tendencies by minority party in the Senate long-term

It's nothing more than a short-term power grab by Senate majority party

Democrats will regret it when in future they do not control the Senate

I'm not sure
