How do you "get down to work" in the face of clutter?

I just ignore the clutter and focus on the task at hand.

Working in a cluttered environment actually inspires me.

Actually, clutter doesn't really bother me. I can still work in a cluttered environment.

I don't. I simply can't get work done if there's clutter in my workspace or home.
