How would you grade the Sanitation Dept. response on Staten Island to Saturday's storm?
A. Sanitation's plows and salt spreaders did a great job clearing the streets.
B. The DSNY did an OK job, but this really wasn't much of a storm.
C or D. Some of the side streets still aren't done, and it took the plows too long once the snowfall began picking up at night.
F. The streets are a mess and Sanit was nowhere to be found once the snow started falling hard!
