By that "logic," you can't complain about anything. Subway stations filthy? Can't complain because you're not a TTC custodian. Gardiner Expressway in tatters? Can't complain because you're not a city planner or an architect or an engineer. Raptors horrible? Can't complain, you're not in the NBA. Leafs suck? Can't complain you're not in the NHL. Mayor Ford an absolute embarrassment? Can't complain, you've never been mayor. Human rights violations all over the world? Can't complain, you've never been a violator.
Are those enough examples for you or shall I continue?

I was so impressed our street "Princeway Drive " in Scarborough was ploughed so fast.

For the 24% that rated the plow drivers performance as 'poor', until you've walked/plowed a mile in their shoes you have no right to complain.
