You can hire any coach out there, until you get everyone named jones out of the locker room and draft day room we will never have a team. Think about it we have not had a good draft or solid year since Jimmie was fired and jerry started thinking he knew everything about football. He needs to sit on his ass kick his kids out of the front office and hire management to manage the team. All jerry should do is sign checks. There are plenty of coaches out there that will lead the team to victory if the front office lets them. Use your assets. Troy airman as president or GM Emmett or Irving as promo, bill bates or novachek even the moose as talent scouts I could go on just saying

Well hell yes Garrett should be fired. I been watching Dallas for over 40 years. This is the worst coach they have ever. The man is
supposed to be a leader, motivator. The team has no discipline. Everyone blames Romo. Look at Belacheck. He wins game no matter what injuries he has on his team. Garret put them in position there. Run first half pass the second half. Then they get behind putting pressure on Romo, knowing the defense cant stop nobody and where the hell is Ware, he should motivate his defense. They stand around like they are totally clueless, miss tackles. Jimmy Johnson would done cut half the damn team.

I've watched the cowboys since the early 70's and have never have been so disappointed. The players are great. The coaching staff is fucked up. Jason Garrett wasn't even all that as a qb. Some kind of retard hiring all the wrong people for the wrong positions. I just give up. Maybe we should all find a real team to route for. Burned all my Dallas shit. Why not to embarrassed to wear it anymore.

As I've noticed during the last 3 games, Garrett is still calling the plays. This needs to stop! Offensive and Defensive coordinators need to be fired.

The answer is NO he shouldn't be fired! The coach doesn't control the injuries that we've had the last 2 years on defense. He lost the entire defensive staff from last year that the GM fired and gave him the new staff. That's not JG fault and he can't fire them now because he doesn't control that. He's not able to call offensive plays because the GM stripped him of his power this year!! He's not responsible for the over paid contracts given out that prohibit us from signing FA's that could help our team. Fire him and the real true problem will still remain, which is JJ!!!!!

It's come to the point where the smart Cowboys fan roots for losses against Washington and Philadelphia knowing that may be the only way to convince Jerry to fire the coach, and even then, it might not be enough.

It is simple, really: a head coach should win you football games, not lose them. Garrett clearly lost the game against Green Bay by allowing the always-pass-happy Cowboys to remain pass happy. It is not the first game he's lost for the players.

Jerry's commitment to finding another play caller and committing to the run in the offseason means it would be the height of hypocrisy for Dallas to miss the playoffs after such a low rushing attempt total and such a high rushing yards per attempt total and not fire the head coach. But then again, this is Jerry we are talking about.

Dallas needs another assassination with the victims initials being JJ this time.

People need to stop buy Dallas products and going to watch games. Hit Jerry right in the pocket to wake him up and show him us Dallas fans have seen enough. As long as the team still makes money, he will never do anything to change. He is a business man to make money. I have been a fan for 42 yrs. and this is the worse, it kills me to even watch a game. You know they are going to choke and try to guess how before it happens to ease the pain. He has wiped away any Dallas pride that the team has stood for. From his " Jerryworld" to the quality of players, the flame is out for America's Team!!!!!

why fire him? Jerry will only go out and find the next best available PUPPET

YES Garrett should be FIRED.. I originally felt the he should be only if they didn't make the playoffs.. But now I feel that the only way he should keep his job is not only if they make it to the playoffs... But they have to win a game in the playoffs... and the 2nd playoff game the cowboys better only lose a close game.... he can keep the job... but if they are blown out in the 2nd game..... FIRED...

This comes down to Coaching.... His Coaching and game management issues have become too much to bear... he has Cost the team many games because of this issue... PLUS .. he has no awareness of keeping GUNSLINGER ROMO inside the cage... This last game with the defense busting... brought the anxiety to have Romo change into Gunslinger Romo... and Garrett did nothing to stop it !! That's a problem.. a Real Coach has to know this can happen and do something about it... Running the ball would've kept Gunslinger Romo from joining the football game... Garrett should've known this !! WE ALL DID.

It's true....as long as JJ is the GM our Cowboys are not going to win a SB.

I agree with fredrick there have been several head coaches since JJ and only parcels has done well and thats because Jerry let The Tuna have some control over personnel who will they bring in thats going to be better with no control over personnel decisions? It is what it is until JJ hires football guys Cowboys are entrenched in mediocrity. Jerry is the Cowboys' Al Davis look how good Oakland has been since the mid 80's. Also respectable coaches dont want any part of JJ.

HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED YEARS AGO HE HASNT DONE A THING SINCE JERRY MADE HIM
HEAD COACH AND WHEN HE FIRES HIM HE SHOULD TAKE ROMO WITH HIM HE ALSO IS TOTALLY
WORTHLESS ROMO HAS BEEN THERE WHAT 8-9 YEARS AND HAS TAKEN THE COWBOYS
    NOWHERE.
