I truly believe in the "youth" movement of Oilers, but I feel the mix is wrong. Not enough older talent to balance and teach the youth on hussel, fore check, back check, defence sucks, giving up the puck always and getting beat up by the better teams.. The Oilers have a very serious deficiency at their top management. FIX IT OR KEEP LOSING, WE FANS ARE GETTING TIRED OF THE SAME OLD, SAME OLD -LOSING!
