Kids these days are so sheltered and in an emergency 9 out of 10 times won't know how to protect themselves. Not only will I allow my children to play with fake guns, she will also know the difference between a fake gun and a real one and know how to properly shoot. I think that if the proper respect is taught there is no issue in them. Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
