Published terminology and documentation exists to support CPA. If the content is not changing significantly, then change for changes' sake serves to confuse, especially those professionals who are expected to have an awareness of the system.
Give it a synonym by all means, but if it realtes to CPA then call it that.
I have put this list out for the staff team and patient group to look at and feedback their thoughts
