Fantastic Idea! Then we can put them in our privately operated prison systems for Driving Under Suspension.
Or we can designate a truancy drone to follow them around attracted to the ankle bracelet

I feel that other people need to stay out of the parenting role, and leave it to the parents to adequetly discipline their children.

I don't care what people say all kids cannot wait to get behind the wheel, and with this law taken into effect at least we know its the properly educated kids behind the wheel that actually care about school and their future. The kids that don't go to school need their license either taken, or they need to be stopped from getting them until they can show responsibility, i mean who would want a irresponsible teenager / young adult behind the wheel? Whos to say the reason they don't go to school isnt because of drug use or alcohol abuse theirs some type of irresponsibility in them and they need to be taught responsibility before getting behind the wheel. Driving is a privilege why give that privilege to the uneducated.... Why is this even a question?
