Let us start with the comment: ISN'T ANYMORE HARMFUL THAN ALCOHOL. How many alcoholics started out with moderation. Can we be honest, many people have difficult time with moderation. Does it, marijuana, cause a buzz sensation like alcohol? Yes! And is there underage drinking, Ummmm, YES! We have not been able to stop alcoholism, so what will happen with recreational marijuana. Ask those who smoke it before work, same as those who have a drink to start their day, morning, before whatever excuse they so desire to use. We are a self satisfying nation. Bad decisions are mad under the influency of alcohol, will it not be the same with marijuana? Will there be an increase in addicts anynomous? Only time will tell and at what price ..... more deaths destroyed lives. Our young people and others of the population are injuried and killed due to cell phone use!!! No moderation there. Our eating habits are monitored and even restricted on Health Care by insurance companies (is that also ObamaCare), resulting in what types of coverage you may qualify to recieve.
No one wants to be accountable for their own conduct. Marijuana wil be another legalized excuse, Thank you government officals and lawmakers for diminishing the morals of our nation, yet again. How many of you have lost the reality of moderation!!! One day you will be held responsible for your choices, will you be proud to say I voted for that ...

The only reason it's not legal is the government can't control it! $$$ wise! We would not have a dept problem if it was legal. Marijuana is the most relaxing drug there is! I have watched a woman suffer with breast cancer! Chemo dam near killed her. She couldn't eat until we found her some marijuana to smoke! People also use it for sleeping. Others for sexual problems! I have never known a pot head to kill anyone in a car? California allows 6 plants on your own property for personal use? It's a natural herb. I personally think the people in our country would be a lot nicer to each other. Example California Jam 1 138.000 people together for a weekend. All smoking Marijuana. Only one over dose and one child birth through the whole weekend? Amazing how that many people put together got along? Think about it!
I really believe that the question is,How many people have died from marijuarna overdose? and then ask if we should make it legal. My other comment is How are the police in colorado going to benefit from all the arrest that they are going to make? the money is there and the government will be at hand to take what they can get.
