On a standard organization's "Contact" page, which of the following do you normally include?

Depending on the brand "tone" established elsewhere on the site, I like to tell viewers the timeframe in which they will receive a response. This message can also be included in the auto response, but I like to be transparent with the promise BEFORE they decide to respond.

How many times have I used a contact form and never gotten a response? Many.

The main intention is to give several options for engagement because I've encountered strong feelings voiced within audiences about preferences using or not using contact forms.

Where clients are concerned, it is important to remind them that although their personal preferences may be strong one way or another, it is (in truth) one preference within a group of preferences.

Great question. I typically recommend both. I think the form allows for more info gathering and pre-screening contacts but not everyone will take the time to complete a form so I think it's also good to include the email address. I often will include hours or at least time zone as well.
