Fisher asks Lisbon what is Jane's type but she simply replies she doesn't know. Fisher looks not so sure about her answer

Lisbon and Fisher meet on a bar and are offered some drinks by two men. Then Fisher hands Lisbon her new badge

On their second date on the boat, Jane surprises Krystal telling her he knows she's the one behind the DEA agents's death. Also, he's recorded everything while Lisbon was listening on the phone.

Lisbon, Fisher and Cho rescue Jane after Kristal's arrest. Fisher expresses she's mad because he didn't tell anyone his plan. He looks for Cho's comprehension, who replies "I'm with them. You're a terrible communicator."
