    Like the Cedar Crest coach said they go hard in practice that's where it starts ! Mccaskey coaches are you listening! I get tired if hearing coach Powell blame losses on kids and wins on himself! If a business succeeds or fells it falls back on the owner not the employee! Each game preparation has to be handled differently ! You have to practice situations ! You can see this doesn't happen at a Mccaskey practice! Regardless of talent at any level especially at the high school level players need to be coached. When you sit a player down for something one of the many coaches should be talking to the kid coaching them on what went wrong and what to do next time! You never see that so I'm sure it doesn't happen in practice either! The problem here is definitely from a lack of being coached again!
