Absolute Joke, 100 million to copy structures from Bord Gais. I am an IT consultant and have worked on many simliar projects worlwide, and this is a joke, 100 million alrady spent and not a meter installed in a house, plus they already looking for approval to raise prices if demand is lower than expected, surely to god this is factored in, if not what was the 50 million for Consultants for. And why is there no mention of a method for price reduction if th ewater provided is undrinkable, or like in ,my case I have to have a water softner to stop the lime in the water breaking all my applicances.
