Should a promotion and relegation system be used in Test cricket?
Yes, it will render all matches meaningful, heighten interest and act as a lure for players.
No, the strongest Test nations won't be demoted irrespective of form, so what's the point.
Don't really care either way, it's just the ICC trying to look proactive.
