Is Alta's Snowboarding Ban Unconstitutional?
No. Alta's operators have the right to determine which activities take place on its slopes.
Yes. Snowboarders have just as much right to publicly owned land.
The ban might be legal, but I think Alta should let the snowboarders in anyway.
