Based on performance, he would have to accept less and have to meet strict bench marks.
Constantly lost ground since taking on the head coach role ( runner up to 8th ).
I thought it was a coaches job to get the best out of his players not trade the good ones he has failed with.
Heaps of players turned over, with only forced changes to the coaching staff.

With eemerging list , Nathan Buckley is every chance to equal Malthouse Premiership record at Collingwood & even better it. Bucks will leave nothing unturned , all due respect to Mick. Bucks has smarts & will get the Premiership , he should of had as a player. Go Pies 2014.

They must be kidding, Buckley's record, from Grand Finalists to the prelim to 8th and unable to beat the Power and Suns, still non- competitive with the Hawks, not the basis for a contract extension for me. This is make or break year for Buckley.
