With the Kathy Dunderdale leaving, should the governing Progressive Conservatives look inside or outside the caucus for the next leader (and thus premier)?

Inside; there is plenty of talent inside that caucus

Outside; a fresh voice is needed to bring energy and win back support

Both options are fine; the key thing is that there needs to be an actual race this time

Who the Tories pick or how they do it is something I don't much care about
