Do you think Kurt Busch running in the 2014 Indianapolis 500 will make a significant improvement in TV ratings?
Yes. Given the fact that he's a former NASCAR champion, he's currently driving for a good team in that series and he would be the first driver to run "The Double" in ten years - he would certainly improve TV ratings.
I don't know. His championship was ten years ago and I don't think that many people care about "The Double".
No. His best years are behind him and he's now a has-been. This looks like a desperate attempt to get some cheap publicity for an over-the-hill driver.
