I agree with Alan. I could only support tolls for North Shore commuters if I got I third crossing or a (much) wider Lion Gate.

I support the toll program provide I see a plan or commitment for another crossing from the North Shore to Vancouver. That could be in the way of a tunnel as suggested a number of years ago or a new bridge to twin the current Lions Gate.
