How do you think Beaverton should handle medical marijuana?
Ban dispensaries. They don’t belong in Beaverton, and they violate federal law.
Allow medical marijuana outlets and let the state regulate them. The feds will come around eventually.
Allow the facilities, but set up specific city zoning and regulations that go beyond state requirements.
