How Do You Season Your Slice?
Parmesan – whether or not that slice is already coming out with a little post-bake grate, it’s never really a bad idea to give it an extra dash.
Garlic Powder; I’m one of those people who automatically double the amount of garlic in anything I’m making, and I love the pungent, savory thing it does to pizza.
People tend to play it a little safe on the spice front for my tastes, so I always need to amp it up on my own with some Crushed Red Pepper (or Chili Oil).
A good shake of Oregano never goes amiss, and there’s something about the woodsy addition of this herb that just naturally suits a hot, cheesy slice.
I’m gonna have to go with Salt and Pepper. What can I say, I like my condiments basic, no matter the arena! There’s nothing salt and pepper don’t make better.
