What do think of the introduction of Tauriel into a film adaptation of "The Hobbit?"
Hate it. Film-makers should have kept to the original storyline, made at the most two films, and keep women out of the story!
Love it. Jackson's the only director who's made a serious attempt to adapt Tolkien's works, & adding females to formerly male-only story lines makes the adventure more compelling.
Don't care. It's a film, and every film adaptation differs from source material by definition. Grateful to have an action-adventure fantasy on the big screen that elicits some of my favorite moments in The Hobbit.
Don't care. Wanted to see more of Orlando Bloom as Legolas, & now want to see more of Evangeline Lilly as Tauriel!
