Was Portland Commissioner Steve Novick wrong to try to give the public a guesstimate on the cost of plowing every street?
Yes. He should have just said, "It would cost millions of dollars that we don't have for a rare snow storm."
No. At least he's trying to bring perspective to the situation.
Who cares? The snow has already melted away.
