Trey Shifflett, William Penn basketball: Shifflett scored game-high 23 points, including four 3-pointers, in 70-66 win over West York on Tuesday to lead the Bearcats to the YAIAA tournament final vs. Central. In the final, which William Penn lost, 59-41, to Central, Shifflett had a team-high 16 points and three 3-pointers. 13% (82 votes)
Sam Saxton, Central York basketball: Saxton scored a game-high 22 points to lift the Panthers to a 59-41 victory vs. William Penn to earn the YAIAA boys' championship crown on Saturday night. Saxton also scored a game-high 18 points, including two 3-pointers, in 51-42 win over Red Lion on Tuesday in the tournament semifinal. 36% (231 votes)
Corey Stauffer, Dallastown swimming: Stauffer won the 50 freestyle with his time of 22.50, leading four Wildcats in the top five spots in the YAIAA swimming championships on Saturday. He also took gold in the 100 free with a time of 48.79. 8% (52 votes)
Spencer Hill, Dallastown swimming: Hill ended up with three gold medals in the YAIAA swimming championship meet. He won tthe 100 butterfly in 52.02 seconds, setting meet and pool records, and was a member of the 200 medley relay that swam 1:38.22 and the 200 free relay that went 1:27.99. 8% (49 votes)
Spring Grove wrestling team: The Rockets won their seventh straight Section V title with 175 points -- 55 more than the next closest team. Spring Grove's Zack Clingan (120), Mike Hartman (145) and Mason Bentzel (152) won sectional titles and lead a contingent of 10 Rocket wrestlers into next week's District 3 Class AAA Championships at Hersheypark Arena. 36% (229 votes)
