Should Newfoundland and Labrador follow the suit of other provinces, and have a public holiday in February?

Yes! It's a long slog from Jan. 1 to Good Friday, and a mid-winter holiday would be excellent

No! There are 6 public holidays now in the province; this is a flimsy reason to add a new one
