A good thing. Let the industry sort all this out, they build the infrastructure and they don't need anyone looking over our shoulders. 18%
A bad thing. Permitting the use of the last mile bottleneck to force payment for traffic is an ominous sign that will see too much economic power wind up in monopolistic hands. 38%
