I have been watching a lot of youth football and I have been coaching in different sports since I was 14. Ben is a very good young player and sometimes I look at him on the pitch and think he looks bored. I think he is ready for a bigger challenge. I would like to see him in the Premiership for United but I think a season in the Championship would go a long way to steeling his game.
