Use of the N word reduces a brother or sister to a sub human level. For example, it is easy to kill a fly or an ant because we do not view it as human. In my job I have a chance to review a lot of reports related to drive-by shootings. I have seen reports where the suspects state, "Lets go out and shoot them N words." but I have not seen any state , "Lets roll up on them brothers." I have not seen it yet in my 36 years. That should be reason enough for us to stop using them word.
