Chase the driver to the ends of Hell and wrestle him to the ground while my family watches?

Call 9-1-1 and follow the driver until authorities arrived. Justice is sometime best served from a distance.

Call 9-1-1 and hope the cops catch up to him on their own.

Do nothing at all.
