What do you think of offer by The Nines hotel to buy out PDC loans?

Sounds good - The city wasn't getting any money out of The Nines anyways. This helps now.

Raw deal - Hotel business is booming, why not wait for The Nines to pay up?

Ambivalent - This seems to be a good deal for The Nines and PDC.

Not sure - I don't know enough about this offer to comment
