I believe it is going to be Kira because she is the good Kitsune and Evil Stiles is the bad Nogitsune which means she is probably going to give up her life to kill the evil Stiles and when the evil Stiles and Kira die it will bring the real Stiles back to life. Then the fox spirit will come and save Kira's life and in the end Stiles and Kira live. Then in the end Stiles and Lydia get together happily!!! But thats just my version haha :)

There should be an option for good stiles and evil stiles. I think stiles the nogitsune is going to be the one to die!
