There are other places that offer non-brand specific versions...just Google "refrigerator panel cover" (or dishwasher, if that's what you're looking for. One of them is called something like applicancearts.com. Lots of wonderfully cheesy options for making your dishwasher look like the Tuscan hills, but there are also plain colors.

I voted candy apple red. I would have voted for the turquoise too, but that's the colour of my kitchen walls already, lol. The lime green and aubergine are nice too though. For those people interested in this look, though, do a search online for magnetic fridge covers. You can buy whole sheets that are cut to fit the front in colours or even with a picture on them if you like.

I don't want popsicle colors in my house, thanks. What they're offering is really very 80s and 90s. If GE is really interested in marketing to us retro reno types, they'll make retro colors.

This is a wonderful idea!
My mother had a muted mint green fridge when I was growing up, and I would love to be able to recreate that look. A dishwasher to match would be great, as would detailing on a stove - the utensil drawer at the bottom and/or the display panel at the top, for example.
IKEA has long been doing something similar with its slipcover options for major pieces of furniture. I would love to see a range of colors or even patterns available for appliances.

I hope more than one of these colours will be added. Would love to see variety, plus a niche market like us retro-nerds are just one segment of the demographic.

This is FANTASTIC - I have never been able to figure out why appliance manufacturers didn't do something like this a LONG LONG time ago! I for one would get several colors and would switch them out as the mood strikes me! I actually would purchase an appliance with this option over another appliance that was only one color choice. I'm getting ready to buy a new fridge AND DW so HURRY UP GE!!!

I wonder if these would fit any other brands?
