I am hopeful that Grady can stay healthy enough to contribute for 130-140 games and if so, great!! Just get him out of blowout games early and preserve him for the nailbiters. He has been out so long and no doubt working to get back to the majors, I feel confident that he has a great chance to do so and has looked very good so far in the spring.... Now if he can pass thses final hurdles about back-to-back games, we will know for sure... JBJR will be but a call away in AAA so go for it!!

He has the same chance of staying healthy for a full season as Jacoby does .
I’ve watched Grady throughout spring training - this guy is an exceptionally talented ball player. Even if he only played 100 to 125 games, to keep him healthy, I’m totally psyched about having him play for the Red Sox.
He has the 5 skills covered - and I have a mad, sport crush on this dude! I also love Jacoby and wish him well, but if Grady’s healthy this year, you won’t believe his skills and his impact on the lineup. We will definitely bo okay with Grady in center whenever he can play.
