• Super, they do a great job every week

• Good, as in good enough, they let the players decide it

• Average, it's a thankless job, but someone's got to do it

• Bad, out of shape, out of position, bad fundamentals, why is he here?

• Terrible, has no buisness owning a whistle or throwing a flag
