Even with Harry Connick Jr. and new producers, "Idol" continues to tank in ratings. Why?

The new producers are the real reason for the show's lack luster appeal. The sound quality is low, this year's visuals and graphics are second rate. The show looks and sounds like it took a time warp backwards about 15 years. The constants are not "growing" into superstars, they aren't making any major changes, the vocals are not getting much better then when they started and that's probably the producer's fault for lack of direction and guidance. Where is Jimmy? Seriously he provided the guidance that was needed to push the constants out of their comfort zones and hit the mark. Harry is forward and correct with his assessments however, he is not a mentor so I'm sure it is a different relationship. So basically, the producers are killing this season with their poor choices and what appears to be a lower budget show. Also, the fashion stylist(s) - please help these people look better, most of them are in serious need of a better look, at least the hair stylists are helping (a few of them) but there could still be some improvement there as well. ---- I also think that the Judges made a critical error when they rejected
Spencer Lloyd. He was everyone's favorite from the beginning and they let me go.... Bad mistake.
