i would have taken her out of that school, because i wouldn't want my daughter to go to a school where having short hair is deemed "inappropriate". since when did hair determine gender? i have short hair and no one has EVER said i "looked like a boy". thats just ridiculous. if sunnie likes being a girl, there should be no reason why the school should say that its inappropriate, because she knows she's a girl, and thats all that matters.
