Which system for organ donation would you suggest be applied at national level?
"Opt-in", where the default is that you ARE NOT registered as an organ donor
"Opt-out", where the default is that you ARE registered as an organ donor
"Mandated choice", where you are required to make a decision about your position (eg. once turning 18, when applying for a driving licence or a passport)
You haven't provided enough information on the options Shane; trust you to not talk enough in the one situation where it might've been useful!
