Yes & No. Yes he is worth a 3rd or 4th, however for Miami this is too costly towards the long term future of the team. Unless Miami generates another pick or so, I'd say not higher then a 5th considering Mathis is looking for a big payday and there is so much talent in the 3rd & 4th rounds.
